Developer Guidelines & Submission Rules
💡 1. Original Intellectual Property
Submissions must consist of original storylines, characters, world-building, and code. Developers must possess full distribution rights to their ROMs and assets.
🚫 2. No ROM Hacks or Reskins
Games cannot be simple visual or audio reskins of existing commercial titles. We do not accept modified ROMs or unauthorized asset swaps of proprietary games.
🎭 3. No Parody or Trademark Infringement
Games must not rely on parodies or unauthorized uses of trademarked names, logos, or copyrighted characters from established franchises.
🛡️ 4. Wholesome Narrative Focus
Storylines and mechanics cannot center around sexually explicit content, gratuitous erotica, or adult themes unsuitable for public family retail environments.
🤝 5. Zero Tolerance for Hate Content
Narratives, dialogue, or themes promoting violence, hostility, or discrimination toward any race, religion, background, or identity are strictly prohibited.
⚡ 6. Playable & Stable Build
Submitted builds must be stable and fully playable end-to-end without game-breaking bugs, progression blockers, or malicious execution code.
